Niagara Region has launched a new waste management app, called Niagara Region Waste, which makes it even easier for residents to obtain current information about waste and recycling collection programs.

The Town of Pelham has declared a State of Emergency to protect the public and Town staff, helping to minimize the spread of COVID-19.

Town facilities have begun to reopen. Town Hall is open by appointment only. Recreation programs are open for registration; no drop-in programs are available.

Residents are encouraged to delay any non-essential business or to consider conducting business online or by phone, where possible. Further updates will be made to the Town website as the situation evolves....

Wayne Olson elected in Ward One by-election

The official results of the Ward One by-election are in, and Wayne Olson will serve as Ward One's Councillor for the remainder of the term. Olson, receiving the most votes, becomes Pelham’s newest Councillor once certified by the Clerk.

Olson received a total of 681 of the 1,177 votes cast, for 58 per cent of the vote. Twenty votes were cast using the on-demand special ballot.
